Hello all! It has been a terribly long time since my last post, sorry to the 2 of you that actually show up here every six months. Anyway, I spent a ton of my free artistic time over the summer editing and stylizing video from the previous winter... and had to set up a vimeo account to show it. This is a set of paintings I got commissioned to do last month. I decided to start adding oil style into most of my future paintings...just to much fun. I love these paintings because of the different layers in them. Hope you dig 'em also!

Here it is, the third oil painting I have ever done in my life. The first two have already been sold, so I need to get pictures to put up on the ol' blog. I am really diggin' oil, seeing as I can do it when it is cold out! I am stoked on this painting, mostly because I am reading philosophy right now, and its true, you ARE in control of YOUR life!

Boy, its been a while. I've decided that because its hard to find the right temperature to spray paint in the winter in Colorado, it is time to find a new medium. More on that later... Here is the last new work that I did before the temp dropped below 40 degrees. Enjoy!

You know, I wonder when the amazing experience of human interaction will be extinct. This is a photo of two people I saw talking to each other on their cells while they were two inches from each others faces. I used a really strange lens, thats why it looks like a painting.

A while ago I decided to try a small format painting on canvas, and this is what came out of it. Just like a team of people trying to work together on something, the hand is only functional when all the digits work together. . . otherwise it is just a blunt object. Not so useful.

I suck at updates. But I am going to try, I promise. This isn't an excuse, but I had my camera stolen about a year ago, so there was no way to photo the paintings. OK. That was an excuse.

Anywho, here is a painting Eric Deuel, Shay Vision, Pat, and I worked on in San Diego this last weekend. It was totally inspiring to work on the same board with these guys...

Its been awhile since I last posted, but I gummed up all my paint caps, so could do much painting til I found some new ones. Finally I was led to them late one night. Anyway, this is a portrait of everybody's favorite vice president. See if you can guess why he shot the man in the face!
